Metal Tube Ferrule Straight Tube Union Connector belong to our Gaugeable Tube Fitting series . It could use to pneumatic fitting (for high pressure gauge tube fitting ), compressor fitting , it also could be a hydraulic fitting .

1) Available in tube sizes: 1/16 ~ 2in. and 3 ~ 50mm
2) Nominal pressure: 6000psi
3) Applicable temperature: 150 ~ 400°C
4) Applicable medium: Oil, Water, Gas and other corrosive or noncorosive medium
5) The material for manufacture: Stainless steel 304&316 ,aluminum , brass , steel zinc plated
6) The demands for fitting pipes: φ4 toφ42
7) Consistent gaugeability upon initial installation.

Stainless Steel Tube harderness: the hardness of the tube shall be not greater than 85 HRB
Available in sizes from 1/16 to 2 in and 2 mm to 50 mm
Pipe fittings materials include 316 ,304 stainless steel, steel, carbon steel etc..
Special treated back ferrule is to provide secure coated threads to reduce galling
Leak-proof joints capable of satisfying high pressure vacuum and vibration applications
