37M Concrete Pump Truck -BOOM SYSTEM
1.1. Boom system is made of Sweden SSAB steel plates with good elasticity and rigidity. The yielding strength exceeds 900Mpa.
Boom system steel plate is thicker and heavier. It is more safety, steady and accurate to pump concrete.
1.2. Welding platform is used for boom welding which ensures welding precision. The welder is from Panasonic, and the welding wire imported from Japan with higher welding strength. Adopt Germany welding technique.
1.3. Boom frame is made of high strength alloy steel, which designed with the newest structure. Thus the placing boom becomes less weight with better mechanics performance and much stronger rigidity.
37M Concrete Pump Truck - PUMP SYSTEM
2.1. Adopt seamless transmission pipe with double layers for higher durable and safety, which avoid hazard of pipe explosion. Pumpage of Φ230 pipe is 125m3/h, Φ260 pipe is 150m3/h.
2.2. Imported Germany Rexroth Pump

3.1. New-generation electronic control system uses energy-saving control technology and pumping concrete consumes about 0.5 liters/m3. It can save about USD16600 use-cost per year.
3.2. The REALM wireless remote-control unit imported with original German package is light and easy to carry.
